There are three main routes for tablet production: wet granulation, dry granulation, and direct powder compression. Taking the most common process flow as an example:

1. Crushing and sieving: Crushing the raw materials to reduce particle size and improve dissolution and absorption performance.
2. Mixing: Mix the active ingredient thoroughly with excipients such as diluents and disintegrants.
3. Granulation: Granulation with adhesive (wet method) or direct compression into granules (dry method) to improve fluidity and compressibility.
4. Drying: Remove excess moisture from the particles.
5. Granulation and lubrication: Adjust the particle size and add lubricants and other auxiliary materials.
6. Tablet pressing: particles enter the mold hole→ Pre pressure exhaust (excluding air to prevent looseness and delamination)→ Main pressure forming (bi-directional pressure from upper and lower dies to form a fixed hardness and shape)→ Top out the video.
7. Coating (optional): film coating, enteric coating, etc., to achieve the purpose of masking taste, slow and controlled release, and aesthetics.
8. Quality inspection and packaging: Conduct batch by batch inspections for differences in tablet weight, hardness, disintegration, dissolution, content, etc. After passing the inspection, package and leave the factory.
